At MJ LuxNest, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is simple, fair, and hassle-free.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging (where possible)

How to Start a Return

To begin a return:

  1. Contact us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our support team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions

  3. Send your item back using a tracked shipping method

  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.

We will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund (including shipping costs where applicable)

Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • For damaged or incorrect items, MJ LuxNest will cover return shipping costs
